- 1 cup + 2 ½ tablespoons(275 g) water
- 4 tablespoons(60 g) olive oil
- 1 tablespoonhoney (maple syrup or sugar)
- 4 cups + 2 tablespoons(500 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons(10 g) sea salt

DAY 1
- 7 AM – Feed your sourdough starter: 12 hours before you mix the dough feed your sourdough starter.
