Ingredients

1 ripe soursop, peeled and seeds removed
1 teaspoon fresh turmeric root, grated or sliced
½ teaspoon turmeric powder (if fresh turmeric is unavailable)
1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
1 cup cold water
½ cup coconut water
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Ice cubes as desired

Instructions

Peel the ripe soursop and carefully remove all seeds.
Wash and slice the fresh turmeric root.
Soak the dried hibiscus flowers in warm water for 5–10 minutes.
Add the soursop pulp, turmeric, softened hibiscus flowers, cold water, and coconut water to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add honey if desired and blend briefly again.
Pour into a glass over ice and serve immediately.
